At Gallien Law, we believe that true success isn’t just about the work we do — it’s also about the community we build along the way.
This past weekend, Lafayette came alive with Festival International de Louisiane, and we chose to take a break from our regular Strategic Saturday and Self-Care Sunday posts to be fully present and enjoy the vibrant spirit of our community.
Here’s a video message from Attorney Gallien about the importance of community.
Attorney Corrie Gallien not only attended Festival International, but proudly volunteered her time, with the help of other members of UL Alumni Association and Leadership Lafayette, to help make the event a success.

It was a beautiful reminder that community is at the heart of everything we do — and sometimes, taking a step back to celebrate, connect, and simply be with one another is its own form of strategy and self-care.
In addition to volunteering, Attorney Gallien was honored to participate in two incredible speaking engagements this weekend:
✨ On Saturday, April 26, she served as a panelist at the Spring Tell-All Panel hosted by Rachael Trailor, where she shared insights on legal topics related to real estate, contracts, and building financial security.

✨ On Today, Sunday, April 27, she co-presented at the Breathe and Bloom Women’s Success Workshop hosted by Antoinette Griffin. Alongside her colleague Karina “Nina” Deane, Attorney Gallien led a session titled She Builds: From Business Formation to Legacy Creation, empowering women to protect and grow their businesses with confidence.

It was a powerful weekend of service, storytelling, and celebration — and we’re grateful to all who made it possible.
